We have solid experience in Point of Sale [POS] Refreshes, New Store Installation, and Upgrades and Configuration; Server, Switch, Patch Panel, Gateway, and Router Installation and Configuration; Workstation-Desktop-Laptop Refreshes and Upgrades, including new Installation, and Configuration; Lexmark and HP Printer Installation and Configuration, Hard Drive Swap including back-up and configuration, along with Technical Troubleshooting experience for various clients in the Phoenix valley, including work for various FDIC insured Financial Institutions such as JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, US Bank, and Union Bank.

 

Our experience and knowledge includes NCR, Toshiba, HP, and Fujitsu new Point of Sale [POS] installations and refreshes, along with Server and Switch installations at nationally known companies such as Starbucks, Wal-Mart, Target, Kohl's, Hilton Hotels, McDonald's, Chili's, Olive Garden, Wendy's, PeiWei, Whole Foods, Einstein Bros Bagels, Forever 21, Barnes & Noble, Trader Joe's, Total Wine, See's Candies, Hot Topic, and Yankee Candle, just to name a few.

 

Our experience and background includes 13+ years working in the IT Industry supporting Retail, Restaurant, Financial, and Small Businesses. We have also managed and provided training for staff members.
